Our Mission

Our mission is to restore justice as the foundation of accountability, defend constitutional rights for all Americans, and ensure that systemic abuses are investigated and addressed. We champion transparency, fairness, and the rule of law while empowering citizens to engage in civic action and oversight.

The Challenge We Address

Across the nation, gaps in accountability and selective enforcement have undermined public trust in justice. Political influence, bureaucratic opacity, and systemic neglect allow misconduct, corruption, and criminal cover-ups to persist unchecked. AFJRP confronts these challenges head-on, restoring faith in institutions by applying constitutional principles to modern governance.

How We Work

• Investigative Research: Uncovering systemic corruption, misconduct, and cover-ups that threaten justice and liberty.
• FOIA Mastery: Filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and training citizens to become FOIA experts, leveraging constitutional and civil lawyers to access, interpret, and act on public records.
• Legal Strategy: Bringing grand juries, depositions, civil and criminal lawsuits, and other legal proceedings to hold wrongdoers accountable.
• Education & Awareness: Publishing reports, briefings, and resources to inform the public about threats to constitutional rights and systemic injustice.
• Civic Engagement: Encouraging citizens to participate in oversight, advocacy, and constructive action to uphold fairness and transparency.

Through FOIA, legal strategy, and civic engagement, we empower citizens to uncover and confront injustice.

Accomplishments & Current Work

• Accomplished: Assisted in preparing the Rosanne Boyland Criminal Referral, providing investigative support and documentation to advance accountability efforts. More details at www.Justice4Rosanne.com 
• Currently Working On: Creating Criminal Referrals for MPD Chief of Police Robert J. Contee III, Victoria White, Joshua Black, Derrick Vargo, Ashli Babbitt, and others, with ongoing investigative and legal research.
• Next 3 Months: AFJRP aims to advance these referrals to legal authorities, support investigative proceedings, and work to hold those who violated the law accountable for their actions.
